Zakka Bento

Zakka is a Japanese term that means “everything and anything that improves your home, life and outlook.” It often refers to a common household object infused with Japanese cute. Bento is a Japanese lunchbox. Put the two together, and you have some really cute means of “food carrying” for your kids. Shinzi Katoh is a Zakka superstar, and his kids bento boxes are delicious. They have wonderful illustrations, measure 5″L x 3.25″W x 2.5″H and have two removable sections.

If you fall in love with Shinzi Katoh, he designs lots of other products. Many can be found at his own online shop (or if you are in the mood, do a google search - you’ll find a ton of stuff.)
