Habitat for Haiti

We all love our homes - large or small, new or old. We may really dislike our outdated kitchens and avocado green bathrooms, but right now, we’re feeling pretty thankful, avocado green and all. Every family needs a home, but right now, in Haiti, so many families have lost their homes due to the devastating earthquake. Seeing any light at the end of the tunnel is probably pretty difficult. That’s why we would like to lend our support to Habitat for Humanity, an organization that has already mobilized to provide temporary and long term shelter for people in need. They have a three step approach: assist in the clean up, provide shelter kits to help people repair their damaged homes, and then provide transitional and permanent new housing. The only thing they need is our support.
